Shipping policy

Despatch Times:

Big Daddy Slabs are made to order and we aim to despatch within 48 working hours of order, sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.

Sharing Boxes are batch made and posted Monday to Wednesday, sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. You should expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days.

Fudge Club Subscriptions will be posted monthly, depending on your original order date, 1st Class via Royal Mail.

Local Delivery:

We offer free delivery to NR30, NR31 and NR32 postcodes. Deliveries are made on Saturdays, and will include orders that have been made by 12pm Thursday.

(Please note timescales for seasonal pre-order products such as Valentine's Day and Christmas will differ as we will look to deliver nearer the occasion.)

Delivery Address:

Please ensure the delivery address is correct at time of booking. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Your order will be shipped to address exactly as it is shown on your order confirmation.
